This is the last book I need to read to have read a work of fiction for every country in the world! So excited and happy that the last country I’m tackling is El Salvador, where part of my ancestry comes from.

I’m re-reading this book and it’s still a great look at how the British Empire, industrialization and progress really disrupted and changed food ways in the world.
