Got out of my reading slump because of Kaz Brekker. Did he put a spell on me?

First of all, is there no editing on this book before being published? A lot of grammar mistakes and not to mention the writing mistakes, Eg: On page 115, “I sigh and glance back at Kai, but he’s completely still” — the guy on the bus identity was supposed to be unknown here but the author already revealed it even though I already can
guessed it.

The Dark Verse series has kept me out of my reading slump. It’s been so long since the last book that excites me in every pages.

Currently waiting for the last book of the series to be released on October, so so excited to read all the couple POVs.

As far as I am into this page, Death is surely an intriguing man. Who would’ve thought he is witty, calm and gentle, a little bit possessive in a good way, likes to joke around and laugh a lot, and obviously have a sexy voice. I have a theory he was a human as in a man in his previous life. Couldn’t wait to finish this book and find out more (or maybe in book #2?) however I wanted to preserve it first.

So far i’m liking the book. I love the character of Dean especially because he is always calm, collected and very charming.

Even he is a fictional character, I think i falling for him too lol

I wanted to buy “In 27 Days” but sadly i still cannot yet
