The title should've been The obsessed therapist

I'm 30 pages into the book...oh my, this guy that's supposed to be a psychotherapist stalks a woman patient/ killer and gets into her institution to do what ??? Save her ??? Even after one kills her husband and spends her life quietly without uttering a single word, "CAN'T A WOMAN LIVE IN PEACE WITH NO MAN TRYING TO SAVE HER?"

So disappointed with this messy, unstructured book full of fillers .and why is she dropping names every other chapter instead of a plot line?
