I don't have any problems with the story line as of yet but the main protagonist, Quincy, gets on my nerves. She acts like "i am more than what happened to me" and then she's like "i am a survivor. Everyone must bow to me". Bitch, you nearly died. No wonder people consider you nutcase. I RESENT HER LIKE I HAVE NEVER RESENTED ANY CHARACTER BEFORE!!! She needs a therapist not a boyfriend. Poor Jeff.

Female protagonist gets on my nerves, i understand she survived a slaughter but that doesn't mean she can degrade rape victim or other physical abuse victims, this isn't "America got talent", there aren't degrees of best trauma available. You can't compete with others pain. Ffs.

I am rereading this book for the third time. I read it first in 2018. I have such sentimental values attached to this one and it's definitely my "book home", this book is the one that makes me feel home. I can't even explain the amount of love i feel for this book. It's less than what CoHo must feel for it but it's pretty close to it.

Chapters are quite lengthy but i am really loving it!
