Just finished Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank redemption. After having watched the film a few times and being one of my favourite films ever, I was not expecting to be disappointed by this story. And I wasn't. However, it is one of these rare cases when the movie adaptation actually manages to be better than the original book. I took some time to think why and it is most likely due to mainly to 1) Darabon 2) Freeman
