I find that Bernstein lacks humility, talking as if she has “arrived” rather than acknowledging we are all works in progress. However, I do appreciate the POV that we can choose our own feelings and perceptions based on the stories we tell ourselves. By connecting to the universe (love), we change our own energy patterns, which subsequently changes how we see the world, how we behave and how the world sees us.
