Wow….I wasn’t ready for the tears that fell after this one.

This was my first read from Emily Henry. I kinda struggled through this one. It wasn’t terrible and it wasn’t great, in my opinion. I don’t know if I’d grab another book from her though.

Yooooo…the ending had me gasping…well written & kept me guessing.

Whew….this one was a deep dive into ancestral culture and history. I enjoyed it but made me sad at the same time.

Loved loved loved! Get it, read it & gift to a friend once you’re done!

One of the BEST books I’ve read in my life!!! The emotion that Mr. Baldacci evoked in me was unbelievable!! Gripping storyline and way to honest writings about that time in history….and the ending?? Wow! This was my first book I’ve read from him & dare I say, I’m a fan. Well done.

My goodness this is GOOD! Informative, emotional and engaging. Such accuracy in the wake of post Civil War era which is gut wrenching if I’m being honest.

Couldn’t finish it. This book was recommended to me by a B&N employee. I went the next day to return it.
