This was excellent. She takes on a difficult topic with an incredibly humble, honest and deeply investigative approach. She explores the problem of sexual misconduct in the workplace as it relates to our narcissistic patriarchy but goes so much deeper than just that, trying to really get at the root of why we all behave the way we do, and how to address it. This is one of my top book picks this year.

Poorly edited, why were some essays repeated? And there was no coherent arc of subject or chronology it seemed, just speeches and essays randomly put together. I had to quit this one early. Toni Morrison makes me feel dumb, I can’t make head or tail of anything she writes. Her sentence structure is so confusing and wordy.
