can’t believe it took me so long to finally read this

reading this feels like being 13 and reading the heroes of olympus series for the first time again

idk if i’m just really not into romance right now or if sydney is the cringiest MC i’ve come across in months but the second hand embarrassment i get from anything to do with her and kincaid genuinely kills me

the thriller aspect of this is soooo good but i’m not really fucking with the lust she has for kincaid 😭

I feel like we are making no progress to get over the conflicts and i'm lowk considering DNFing because I forgot how much I hate books where the main characters have too big of a conflict inbetween them LOL

i have a feeling this is gonna be my least fav in the series 🫩
