Well... I am amused where author got the information about Russia. Coz the behavior on the ranch looks like illustration of unspoken rules of prisoners. That's really not nice. Pasha is awesome character, I love him. But... how author treats russians in the book is very wrong and annoying. Eww

Shit. Now I am angry! Author wrote russians as lazy and workless, and only American cowboy boy is good guy here. What the fucker consultanted author? A hater?

Few more pages to discover that author think russians dont know how to work with cows and horses, and that russians so poor to buy a meat.... WHAAAAAT? Where author got such a interesting information?

Well, here is mistakes in russian words and names from the first pages. Whyyyyy. Why just didnt find russian to ask? I really start thinking that west authors hate russians... This book have a funny plot, but... i dont get it why to set story in Russia, if there a problem even how to write names right. Sad, so sad TT

Okay... I dont get trends in books. I dont get why it's so popular, so readerable (?)... It has quality of fanfic work of aspring author. Not better one. Too predictable for read, too much cliche, too immature characters for that level of life. Too failed attempt at a sitcom... Not sure i should read ahead.

Not sure i like it. The main character is typical of Adam Silvera, and i dont like it. I think i just need to stop read New York Times bestsellers :C

Well... I think this story got all that raiting and awards becoz of election theme and there is woman president. What can be more hype? This book is everything about how to manipulate with hot topics to make bad written story a bestseller. I skiped pages to the end. The Art of literature is dead for me now, thanks for tons of shit bestselles. I am not sure i want to support queer-lit in Russia anymore.

It feels I read a fanfic, and not a good one. Why it is a highly rated and won awards? And why so terrible written bed scenes inside? Oh my satan! I want my money back...
