Absolutely loving the start of this book. Reading aloud to my daughter who is 5. I can understand why the library had this pulled and in the book sale bin… first chapter: mentions of animal abortion while discuss vet work, second chapter: encourages young boy to not tell his parents secret, third chapter: more on lying to parents and the dad smokes a cig inside. Glossed over all quickly but wowzer haha
