DNF. The narrator has a screechy voice and I could not continue. Seems to be a theme with narrators for this author’s books. I’ll wait until it’s a mini series. 😂

Mostly good, a few sections I skipped. The chapter I really enjoyed was about winter swimming sessions in the sea. I agreed with her on how exhilarating swimming in cold water is. This sentiment was also discussed in the documentary, My Octopus Teacher. Due to a shoulder injury, I can’t swim anymore. I miss it terribly. The narrator has an enjoyable voice!

Good, so far.

Just couldn’t finish this one. Had promise but I think it’s geared towards younger people. The author narrates this and her voice started to grate on me. Feeling pretty down this year and don’t want to be told to snap out of it. Need more books about coping with insure and invisible illnesses.

Audio version. Narrator is AWFUL. I gave up.

Excellent. Sometimes I need a quiet, gentle but interesting book and this is it. Audiobook version. The narrator is good. I’m also learning about trees. Added the rest of Jessica’s books to my “want to read” list.
