These two are too adorable
It’s making me depressed

I’m starting to remember why I loved the first one so much. Strange that the main characters got back together so quickly but also yay

I’ve had this book for years and just never got around to reading it, hopefully I won’t take five months to finish it.

I have attempted to read this book like 5 times. It’s not that it’s bad, I actually really liked it, but for some reason I just couldn’t get into it. Idk why. I’m finishing it this time. I’ve decided

It’s been so long since I read the first one I can’t even remember all the details or characters. Though, thankfully the author has done a good job of catching the reader up to the plot, characters, plot points and relationships, etc.

This feels really reminiscent of some good old sansa ff. I’m liking the mc and mmc, but I’m so far in and don’t feel like much as really happened yet

Not much as happened yet but I’ve got a feeling I’m gonna like this one. The writing style really puts me in the era.

I couldn’t really tell how this was going to be a romance. But I’m getting it now. Kinda sad this will probably be a stand alone story, I’d love to see more of these characters. I feel like there’s still so much of their story left and any kind of HEA between them at this point would be rushing it. But I’ll take it

Okay so I’m confused as to as if this is actually a romance at this point. Because they are so physically incompatible to each other. I’m guessing they’ll find a way to get over that hurdle but it’s still a little confusing. But I am really liking both the main characters.

I was somewhat disappointed with how quick Claire and Dom admitted their mutual 'feelings', but to be honest I'm really liking their banter and the little dance they're doing around each other now that it's out in the open.

The characters are starting to warm up a bit more, and since I already liked them to begin with I feel like this is going somewhere good. I wasn’t expecting the ex-wife to be such a bitch about Claire (despite the beginning), I’m not sure if I like that.

So far I'm really liking the characters! I think that the mc is the right amount of self assured (for lack of better word) and the mmc is the right amount of arsehole.

it's alright, not as good as i would have thought

I have been trying to read this book for like a year, it's not that I don't like it. I don't understand why I haven't finished it. I've loved so many of her other books so I'm gonna finish it

I really loved the other books by this author and the characters but I don't know if I feel the same about this book.

I enjoyed this, but it doesn't really have much of a plot (or an interesting one at least) and I didn't really care about the plot since the couple got together. one thing that really bothers me about this though is the focus on the other characters around them. I really liked Jack and Mel but they already had their story and I wanted to see the new couple more in this book

Pretty meh, I'll try and finish it, but there's a good chance I'm gonna DNF this one.

Man I absolutely LOVE THESE BOOKS. I cannot get enough of these two and this world. Although, my attention does wander and it's a very long story and I feel like I'm trying to get over a hump with this book. Especially considering it's only part one of two and it feels like it.

So far it's basically just the tv show, almost word for word in some scenes.

I feel like the book should have ended around this point, so I'm finding it difficult to finish it. I really liked this couple and both characters separately but I guess not enough.

I really liked the start of this, but weirdly not enough to keep me going. I do want to keep reading it because I liked the characters and it reminds me of a mix between Charmed, Lost Girl and True Blood or something.
I like the characters, mc is cool but not over the top. And the mmc is a alpha hero trope waiting to happen but is actively being the opposite.

Kinda boring, takes forever to get to the point. I don't mind the characters but I'm not sure I can finish this one.
