I read this because I recently saw the musical and loved it. The book was cute, though I liked the main character much better in the musical as they gave her more depth. Still, this was a cute fast read.

Very good story. Loved the perspective of WWII from the daughter of a nazi.

Possible trigger: Brief mention of suicide

I’m loving how she teaches in this book. She uses examples and little stories to help the reader understand the science. Loving it!

Didn’t finish. Stopped about halfway through. Interesting story, disappointing that sex was put into the story. Also some language. About 3 F words up until halfway through.

Loving this book! So enlightening and uplifting. My eyes have been opened to the time Jesus lived and even more so of the deep love He has for us. I will end up taking a year to read this and even reading at that slow pace it has just been so beautiful to read and study. It has helped me understand the New Testament better as well. I recommend this book to everyone—that’s how much I love it.
