This feels like if Caraval and The Inheritance Games were mashed together, but somehow it’s falling very short of both of them.

There’s a lot more of magical elements in this than I was expecting! Fun, just wasn’t what I’d expected!

This is FASCINATING

Trudging through even though I’m 99% sure I’ve guessed the killer. Also the number of typos is thoroughly embarrassing for whoever edited this.

The scenery and characters are just compelling enough to keep me reading, but it certainly feels a bit slow-paced.

This one feels much slower paced than the last…

Also reading this gentle and wholesome book on the side so I can actually sleep at night!!!

Honestly kinda annoyed with how this is turning out… it’s like a billion side quests and like ZERO attention given to some of the bigger plot points.
