I can see the light at the end of the tunnel for this chapter! What I've been doing is reading through first then going back to take notes and unpack it. I read the chapter a while back, so my progress is actually reflecting my note taking now. I do look forward to creating a workout program based on some of these assessments. But, I focus on low impact, low to moderate intensity options.

My book has 438 pp. It's dense and written from a medical perspective. Chap objs don't align with text sequencing in many areas. Objs also vague thus requiring much unpacking on the student end. As a trained ID, it's obvious SME presentation. The content is useful to the FITPRO for teaching and assessing correct form in a systematic method. I hope to pass the final and renew my ACE GFI cert.

My edition has 438 pp. This is a very dense textbook. I'm spending so much effort just unpacking the contents on the student end. This is the difference b/n ID and SMEs. If an ID would've presented this material, I wouldn't have to unpack it at all. Also, the chap objs would be student action-oriented & match the given text. As it is, some objs are embedded in others, while other objs don't match the text sequencing.
