It's like the author woke up one day and thought "Hm, what would be the worst things to happen to a person through multiple lifetimes?" and thus Jude was born.

Can someone please hug Jude, then proceed to tie him into a straight-jacket, drag him into a therapy session, while always holding him and giving him the affection he deserves?
