Is it bad that we both are only reading this so we can read Six of Crows? (me thinks it is.)

I had something for this series spoiled, and knowing what I do and seeing how the Darkling feels, I think he dies in the end. Which, if I am right, I am sad about because I love my morally grey guys! And he and Alina would be cute together.

Just got to where Cheyenne (best friend) stopped reading last night and OH. My gosh. Where has this book been all of my life? Why have I not read this sooner?
