This book continues to slowly become better and better. Often, books like these somehow lose their footing. I think writers expand the content to become slightly too broad instead of keeping the focus of the book narrow and relevant. Didion has written something here I feel like I need to pour over and study again and again. She is writing with a voice and a point with razor sharp emotion. This is how you write.
