feel very low energy and sick the past few days but I made some progress with this book tonight. I basically don’t understand what I’m reading most of the time, at some points I’m able to understand sentences then lose it again. But i’m not reading to “understand” more to trigger some subconscious process. Probably gonna do some news in french and manga ik after this.

Not looking up most of the words but looking up some when I’m curious. Hard not to feel down on myself and stupid when I can’t understand anything but just keeping the fact that I’m just trying to create neural pathways in the front of my mind.
