860 - western gate is down. MORATHS soldiers from Perranth - including witches and wyverns are marching from the other side.
GAVRIEL lands a dead wyvern to block the gate as a barrier. As well as a dead witch as he runs toward Aedion scanning him / his wounds. 😭😭

864 - Gavriel dead. Sacrificed himself to shut the gate w his shield for Aedion, for the city. 😭💔
Rowan finds Gavriels body- feels like his legs will buckle. Whispers to his dead friend “I hope you found peace, my brother. And in the afterworld, I hope you find her again (Aedions mom)”
Carry’s him over his shoulder up the siege ladder into the city.

868 - incoming army, darkness covers most. 20k. And 6 of the Princess spiders.🕷️

872- aelin outside the gates of Orynth & they’re all shut. She sent Ansel back on a horse.
Everyone else locked out screaming in panic.

875 - confirmed Erawan & Maeve leading the army
Aelin at the front of the line to hold the gate.

880- Aelin talks her game. Instills some possible hesitation in Erawan. Claiming Maeve plans to take all this for herself. Use the healers to rid of Erawan and take over one they’ve won. He seems to believe what Aelin is saying about Maeve

Rowan racing for Aelin. But families and children screaming in panic. Rowan says to Lorcan & Fenrys “we swore an oath to our Queen and this court. We will not break it.” & begin to fight.

Elide has a “plan” - gets Dorian & Yrene. Lysandra in Ruk form to carry them. Yrene to chaol “you are my joy”. “Go save the world Yrene.”

888- Rowan, Lorcan, Fenrys shift & head to Aelin.

Aelin keeping them distracted. More talk to ensue doubt into Erawan.

900- Aelin in illusion. Notices is. Gets out of it. But is easily tricked again thinking Elide is in the illusion. Then Rowan, Fenrys, Lorcan make it to Aelin. Offer her a way out of it

Yrene & him attacked the parasite. Clamped her fist around it. Snuffed it out. Erawan immediately began to decay. Dorian lit him on fire 🔥. His ashes blowing away.

Maeve in Rowan/Lorcan/Fenrys mind. Showing them illusions.
Rowan’s about Aelin being dead & hung on the wall. Lyria saying he chose Aelin over her
Fenrys - Conell his brother saying his death was his fault
Lorcan - Elide wanting no parts of a bastard born low life.

918- Aelin opens portal — to the long lost Fae of Terresan & the Wolf Tribe. Who had all been hiding for 10yrs. All ready to fight against Morath.

While Maeve is talking. Aelin sends thought down blood oath to Fenrys “look at me”. Use the blinking “I am here. I am with you.”

924 - Fenrys uses his magic. Portals thru to get Goldyn and stab Maeve thru the heart. Says she’ll go anywhere. Aelin puts the gold ring on Maeve’s finger (that Elide gave her.). To “protect her from Valg” told her to goto hell.
She starts to turn into ash and float away
The Valg army also dying & falling away now.

928- Yrene wakes Chaol. Hears them chanting her name. It’s over. They won.

Sartaq: “you know what this means — we can go home. You get to come home - with me”. Nesryn happy for that.

931 - Aedion immediately goes to where they put Gavriel. Spent hours there mourning him. Lysandra brings him out.
Lysandra meets Falkan. Cried at the story.

Manon & Dorian say hi. He looks for 13. She says they’re not in this sky or any other. She says he’s sorry. Holds her.

936 - Aelin sees Aedion - rushed to him.
Says she’s sorry about Gavriel.
Has Gavriel take “blood oath” so he can be burried the way he should be.
Fenrys. Lorcan. Rowan all stay and sing their ancient song.

Manon & Elide reunite - sees her sorrow “who?”
Man on says “All.” — then “live. Live, Elide.”
