We were gifted it recently! The first chapter on the importance of marriage was 👏 Shocked that is still in a secular book in 2012.
I will say as a disclaimer, both my kids were kind of naturally good sleepers. I just didn't know how to effectively get them to nap and this guy taught me how to watch for sleep cues and such to help them nap in a more predictable pattern (which as you know, sleep begets sleep! It just helped nighttime sleep all the more!) However, I do know babies who were *terrible* sleepers and this book didn't work for the parents because it didn't necessarily teach you how to get them to sleep. More how to manage the sleep that does happen to maximize all sleep long term. Hopefully you can find some principles that will help with potentially difficulties!
Good to know! We used taking Cara babies when Ivy was 6 months, and she’s been a great sleeper ever since! Planning to do the same with this next baby, but wanted to read this because I’ve heard so much (positive and negative 😅) about it.
