my random take is that if mc was a runner this would be a full star better. there’s something so lame about getting in the car and going for a drive but going for a run would add personality

i’ve resorted to practically skimming the entire book. it’s bad to say the least.

if there’s not a major breakthrough in the next 50 pages ts is going to goodwill bro😭

so it’s like an “i can fix him” x love at first sight x fluff x family drama x other drama plotline that nobody cares abt x unnecessary conflicts

honestly i think my biggest ick for this book rn is just that the characters are not very mature at all. they’re not like wildly immature, but they read very much like younger high schoolers and there’s smth abt that that just doesn’t feel good. personally i think if the characters were written like those of iwyatb with the same plot id like it more
