Finding this very interesting...how devices affect growing minds is super interesting...I'm looking at this through the eyes of someone who got online access at 17...so, it's very interesting to see how having devices before you are 16 does to your brain.

It's interesting...a lit of info to take in over audio so my progress is slow.😂 I might buy a copy for easier reading...I haven't gotten past the kids section yet but it's definitely made me grateful my parents raised me the way they did and didn't give me a device until I was older...that's for sure.
