I'm just not feeling this book. The widowed, experienced heroine trope isn't my thing so, maybe that's why I'm struggling. I do intend to continue this one later.

All the three books I've read from the series were all 3 stars. I don't really like this series. Hope your next read is better

The thing is so many people raved about this series esp this book with Winter Makepeace in it. I thought he was rather boring. I'm hoping the book (and the series) gets better. I loved Ms. Hoyt Princes trilogy, though.
