This was the first series I read that had a woman knight/warrior and honestly Alanna was the character I looked up to, in a manner of speaking. she was a redheaded girl that beat the odds, and heck, if she could do it, so could I. I love this series so much!

I've been really enjoying it! The audiobook is great and the reader for it does a great job - I've had to keep going with it so I can find out what happens next!
