Because this year’s PopSugar Challenge has a stupid “read a book about a run club” topic. But also because my romance reading dad called it “pretty good, I guess”… which, if you know anything about my dad, is super high praise.

He may be more well-read in contemporary romance than even we are now, but his taste often leaves a lot to be desired. This is the man that, just last year, DNF’d Out on a Limb and Done and Dusted, because, and I quote, “the writing was annoying.” 🤨 That’s what we’re dealing with here.
