Anne Le Tissier No at the is moment, but possibly in the future. Where can I find out more about your work?
Anne Le Tissier This summer I have enjoyed rereading the highlights I made last summer of Rob Bell's book, 'How to Be Here' - still lots to take on board! I've also loved Anne Lamott's unusual but brilliant book on writing, 'Bird by Bird', and a few days ago began 'The Girl in the Spider's Web' by David Lagersrantz. So far it's a page turner!

I couldn't say I've suffered with long term writer's block, but when I do get stuck, I take myself off from my desk for a walk, or else turn my attention to another project, trusting that my creative flow will return, and for inspiration while I'm not thinking about it! So far, that has worked.

Doing what I love to do. I can honestly say there is no other job I would rather have.

Right now, I have just finished my latest book, 'Restoring the Balance' published by CWR, and coming out in 2019. Consequently, I am taking a break from writing over Christmas, then will be ensconced in preparing various talks for conferences in the New Year.

My inspiration to write comes from all manner of sources; from a situation I've dealt with, a character that has inspired me, the problems I've faced, or those I've helped others deal with, from relationships, from ideas that just come to mind, and from the reading the Bible and then learning how to apply it in my own life. The important thing is to keep a notebook handy for when those ideas strike!
Anne Le Tissier Keep writing. Keep reading. Keep living life and relating to others. And keep writing.
Anne Le Tissier The idea came from the commissioning editor, but I warmed to it quickly as it resonated with my own life experiences, much to the amazement of the editor who had no idea of that when he asked me!
