I'd have to say my favourite fictional couple would be Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark of the Hunger Games series. One reason being is that they have remained in my thoughts long after reading the series and to write such a memorable couple is one thing we author's aspire to do with each and every book we write. Another reason why I liked reading about this couple is I liked the way their affection for one another took time to develop and I guess that has a bit to do with their age, but Katniss always had other things going on, like trying to save her hide for one, but, Peeta, old Mr Reliable, was always there just waiting for the right time to make his move and I appreciated and respected him more for that.

I take time out. I step aside maybe work on something else for a bit or pick up a book and read. The block never last long...so far.

The fact that I can tell people I'm working even when I'm simply staring out the window. Because I am working. My characters don't stop talking to me, so I'm constantly fine tuning scenes, character profiles and plot ideas, all day, every day.

Seriously just do it. Write, read, write some more. Ask your friends, who will give you an honest review to read your work. Do a course. Get the little, but necessary skills you'll need to write your book. Finish your book. Not to many people can or do, so if you and you're half way there. Believe in yourself.

Ahh great question. I'm really excited about my currant project. It's a Young Adult trilogy. The first book is called Reanimation and it's about reanimating vampires back into their natural human form. I hope to have the first book released in March 2017, but we'll see how I go. Well, that is a funny story. Um well there's only one way to answer this question and that is to tell you that I got the idea for this novel, and the urge to write in general, while I was at an all male revue show in Melbourne's Crown Casino called The Princes of the Night. I'm sure most women who attend the show have urges of different kinds, but no, not me. While watching the guys perform, my characters came to life. It was like they were asking, almost begging me to write their story. Now that I've turned the creative tap on, I can't, and don't want to ever turn it off.
