I've read your profile - interesting. Beta readers are a vital step in the publishing process. Form a strategy to get (maybe) 20 betas to agree to read your manuscript. About half will actually read your story and reply. Goodreads, I think, have a system to put you onto a thread but it takes months to get onto this. I suggest you join a lot more Goodreads clubs, take part in the threads and message those readers who might be willing to beta read. Not everyone will be willing because your story might be of no interest to them or they may be too busy. It takes time.
