I try not to get too overwhelmed by it and force myself to put down my computer or notebook for a bit. It's helpful to go for a walk around the neighborhood which usually means stopping by my favorite coffee shop for an iced Latte. Sometimes it helps to change locations so if I'm at home, I will bring my laptop and spend a few hours writing from the coffee shop.

After living in Paris and being able to travel back often for work, I fell in love with Parisian girls and French way of living. Before each trip I would visit my local bookstore to see if there was a chic female driven travel or lifestyle guide but was unable to find one that I loved. I started jotting down ideas, brainstorming with my girlfriends and BRIGHT LIGHTS PARIS was born.

Currently focusing most of my time on the marketing/press outreach for my upcoming book, Bright Lights Paris, out on September 8th. Also beginning the research for my next book which I look forward to announcing this Fall.
