Before each trip I would visit my local bookstore to see if there was a chic female driven travel or lifestyle guide but was unable to find one that I loved. I started jotting down ideas, brainstorming with my girlfriends and BRIGHT LIGHTS PARIS was born. (less)

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Angie Niles I try not to get too overwhelmed by it and force myself to put down my computer or notebook for a bit. It's helpful to go for a walk around the neighb…moreI try not to get too overwhelmed by it and force myself to put down my computer or notebook for a bit. It's helpful to go for a walk around the neighborhood which usually means stopping by my favorite coffee shop for an iced Latte. Sometimes it helps to change locations so if I'm at home, I will bring my laptop and spend a few hours writing from the coffee shop. (less)
