I am currently working on Book 2 in my time travel series, THE LOVER'S EYE. The remarkable sequel to THE LINCOLN PENNY (Book 1) will be released during Spring 2016. A Lover's Eye is a Georgian miniature, painted on ivory, depicting the eye of a spouse, loved one or child. They were usually commissioned for sentimental reasons and often worn as bracelets, brooches, pendants or rings with richly decorated frames. Lover's Eye jewelry became popular in the 1700s.

Living history, first hand, as an avid Civil War reenactor for over ten years, and participating in civil war era events held at national battlefields and heritage sites throughout the east coast United States eventually formed the backdrop for my series of books.
