Hi Lilyyy - thanks fo reaching out and offering your services. I'm all set for now but I'll keep you message and email in case I need any of your professional services. The inspiration for 3 WISHES came when the publisher of the series put a call out for valentines day short love stories. I always wanted to write a story about a chocolatier and this seemed like the perfect time. I know two people with heterochromia and wanted to incorporate the trait into a story.

My reflection in the unfamiliar bathroom mirror told me everything I needed to know about what happened the night before. "I'm dead."

I guess the biggest one would have to be my accident as a child. I fell out of 4 story window when I was 18 months old and landed on my face. It's always been a little bit of a mystery about that happened. I know the story I've been told, but....if I was going to write a mystery I would change it around a little.

This is a no-brainer for me. Eve Dallas and Roarke in the JD Robb IN DEATH books. These two are the definition of ying and yang. They not only complement each other, they continually raise each other up both professionally and personally. I love that fact that after 40+ books and almost 3 years of marriage, they are still learning about one another and growing with each other in every single book. As Eve finds her way thru what she calls "Marriage Rules," and Roarke continues to go "legit", these two are just the perfect balance of what I think the perfect couple should be - in fiction and in real life.

Oh, you are so sweet. I actually made those book boxes. I make about 10 for every book to give as a giveaway present for people who enter the goodreads contests, and for my friends and family. Thank you for asking!

I love families and I love pre-quals, so Book 4 in The MacQuire Women series is about the moms of my most recent characters. I wanted to know how they came to be the women and mothers they are now - what motivated them, drove them, inspired them. And now I do.

I wake up each day. That's all it takes.

Never, ever, stop writing. Do it every day. Every. Day. Even if you don't think what you're writing is good - write any way. Your writing is like a muscle - when you don't use it, it atrophies.

Everything! But if I had to give just one answer it would be this: I never feel so fulfilled as when someone I don't know comes up to me and tells me they read something I wrote and were: moved by it/liked it/related to it.

I never have it - luckily! When an idea takes hold in my head it knocks about until it's at it's fruition - namely, on the page.
