Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?

Peggy Jaeger This is a no-brainer for me. Eve Dallas and Roarke in the JD Robb IN DEATH books. These two are the definition of ying and yang. They not only complement each other, they continually raise each other up both professionally and personally. I love that fact that after 40+ books and almost 3 years of marriage, they are still learning about one another and growing with each other in every single book. As Eve finds her way thru what she calls "Marriage Rules," and Roarke continues to go "legit", these two are just the perfect balance of what I think the perfect couple should be - in fiction and in real life.
