The only way to deal with writer's block is to write through it! Even if you think that what you're writing is rubbish, you have to make yourself do it. If I really can't get into a scene that I'm supposed to be writing, I let myself skip ahead to a scene that I know I'm going to enjoy writing. Or, failing that, I write something completely different - maybe a blog post, or a short story.
