Kevin Gaughen Chickenamente!
Kevin Gaughen You are quite welcome, and I'm glad you liked the book! I'll put you on the list to receive an autographed copy of my next book, which will (hopefully) come out at the end of this year. In about six months or so, I'll send you a message asking for your address.
Kevin Gaughen Hi, Carolyn! I apologize but I already mailed it two days ago. Goodreads gave me your old address, unfortunately, so that's where the book is going. Please let me know if you don't receive the book within the next month, I'll re-send it to your new address.
Kevin Gaughen This is a question people have been messaging me so I figured I'd post an answer for all to see. I do have a second book in the works. I've been working on it every day whenever I can find the time (not easy with a day job and three kids). The next book will be more complex than Interest so it will take longer to write. I'm hoping to have my second novel published within the next two years. Fingers crossed!
Kevin Gaughen Hi, Edith! Thank you! The stamp was custom-made just for the goodreads giveaway so, unfortunately, it can't be purchased at the post office. However, if you want to add it to your collection, it might be possible to cut or lift the stamp off the envelope.

Kevin Gaughen Don't listen to the advice of successful people. Doing things their way might not work for you because your circumstances, personality, and talents are different. They know all about being themselves and nothing about being you.
Kevin Gaughen I've tried to create a habit of writing. I force myself to sit down at the same time every day to write at least one page - even if I'm tired, sick, or busy. No excuses are allowed. Surgery? Car got stolen? House burned down? Doesn't matter; I must write one page. That's the deal I have with myself: a one-page minimum no matter what.

Also, it helps me to make lists of ideas when I'm feeling creative so that I'll have ideas to flesh out on the days when I'm feeling not so creative.
