This is a tough question, because I think that every time I read a book, I tend to fall in love with the relationship between the love interests in that particular book! That being said, though, right now I think my favorite fictional couple in a book is Hazel and Augustus from John Green's The Fault in Our Stars. They seem so real, and there is something about the fact that they were both able to let themselves fall in love even though they knew going into it that their future together would be short-lived (if not entirely non-existent) that really speaks to me.

The best thing about being a writer is able to give a voice to all of the stories and ideas and "what ifs?" that bounce around in my head. Most people just daydream - as a writer, though, I can use those daydreams and make them into something more real, something more developed, something I can really connect with and fall in love with. Then, if it feels right, I can share the finished product with others, so maybe they will have something to daydream about too.

Writer's block is tough. The "cure" for it, though, depends on what kind of writer's block it is. Is it the kind where you CAN write, but you feel like everything you write is stupid or a waste of paper? Or is it the kind where you just can't seem to get ideas or find out where your story wants to go? In both cases, the solution is to just keep writing. I usually try to work on something else, something that doesn't matter as much, just to keep my brain thinking creatively. Sometimes that helps me to find my way back to inspiration, but sometimes I just have to wait for the story to start to talk to me again, to tell me where it wants to go. In the end, the only cures for writer's block are patience and perseverance, even if every writer (me included) wishes that there was some sort of magic pill to take instead!

NEVER GIVE UP! This is the number one most important thing in both writing and life. No matter how many rejection letters you get, no matter how hard it seems, no matter how many days you want to quit because you feel like you're not getting anywhere or your work is not getting noticed, DO NOT GIVE UP. Keep writing, and keep trying to get published. Your big break will happen, you just have to work for it and persevere.
