I'm a massive fan of the paranormal romance genre. The more I read, the more I was inspired to write my own story. My ideas are a hyrbid of myth and legends of the Fae, crossed with my own ideas about Vampire origins. I like the idea that Vampires are actually inherently good and are ruled by a code of honour. What most humans think of as Vampire are actually Fallen Vampire - ruled by no code at all except a selfish lust for power.

I'm working on the sequel to Bound to Blackwood, entitled Stranger to Blackwood.
I don't have a publishing date for this yet as it's still very much a work in progress but I hope to be able to share it soon.

WRITE!! Seriously - write anything, write often. It doesn't have to be amazing, it doesn't even have to be on the laptop/computer/electronic anything. I write A LOT by hand - I have notes books everywhere and I always have one in my bag. Inspiration strikes at the strangest times and you can't always boot up the laptop to write it all down. The first draft is ALWAYS awful. Resist the urge to edit as you write. Get the story down first, worry about your grammar and spelling later. Most of all - enjoy!
