Each morning, I travel to sit with a CEO for two hours, in their office. We talk about their organization, their hopes, their fears, challenges and issues. After that conversation, I travel to another. Thirty CEOs, two hours, once each month, for twenty years. Outbound Air is a winding story of those meetings. And yes, there is drama in the decisions they make. People's lives depend on the way they solve problems. And sometimes, things don't work out so well.
