Hi, Let me check. All the books have not been posted yet. Allow me some time to get back to you. If you would have shared your mobile number earlier, the delivery would have been quicker.

Thanks for the question, Vrushali!
Writing is one of the strongest media to reach out to the world. When the thoughts behind this book were condensing in my mind, I wanted to share them with as many people as possible. Hence, I began the process of writing the book. After I started, I realized that the process of writing itself was very soothing for my mind and I got hooked onto it. After completing the book, I transformed into a blogger and have created 100 posts in last year and a half, published ar www.ashutoshm.com .
So, the ability to share my ideas, thoughts and feelings with a large number of people, and the mental peace that I derive, motivate me for keep writing. It has never felt like a task or a burden.
The other thing was the subject itself. I have been doing a lot of things for my own well-being. I have read many self-help books. I felt that there was a gap in the available books. Most books either focused only on one aspect of well-being or were drowned in jargon or were too preachy without many practical suggestions. Hence, I felt that if I can give a structure to the audience for taking care of their mind, body and soul, and write it in simple language (not highly impressive literary language), it will be beneficial to everyone.
I have only one suggestion for you. Don't say,"I am trying to write." Say, "I am writing my first book!"
All the best to you.
cheers
