Getting out all the thoughts and characters running through my mind. Also seeing how my characters evolve. In the beginning they are just names, no faces then by the end of the book they are real people to me and the readers.

I don't know if I would call it writer's block, usually I get stuck on a certain scene, not knowing which way I want it to go with it. So I move forward to the parts of the book that are in my head for later in the story. I always find it easier after I get all my thoughts written, then I go back and actually act out the different versions of the scene. Of course in my head
