There are times when I do, and times when I don't. It really just depends on how I want to organize my thoughts. If it's something I want to be chaotic, there's very little planning involved. I mean, my planning style is a little weird, with a whole lot arrows and cussing. But it's dependent on how I feel.
Rem Williams
Yes, I do! Though, I'm not a big fan of a requirement for long and drawn out answers.

Between the ages of eighteen and two thousand. It's been a couple months since I last checked.
Rem Williams
Whoa! What major?
Rem Williams
About a year and a half? It was mostly me dragging my feet, because I had all these fears about it just falling through. It took a lot of pushing on my part, to get me moving and actually doing shit. But the book itself, to write, was 28 days.
Rem Williams
Usually, I tend to rewrite it a lot. Like, save what I started with, and let it sit for a while. Then if I feel up to it, especially if I'm in a good mood, I revisit it and see what I can fix in it.
It's also mostly about perspective, so I try to get a second opinion if I can. Someone else may like it while I won't.

I'm not too sure if it's as great as I thought it was at three in the morning when I finished writing it.

Honestly, I don't even think I'm awesome, but I guess the answer is I sold my soul to the Pizza Gods

Ah, viewpoints; my old friends. I had a similar problem, to be honest. I used to either have too many or just one that was very vague and not okay. Generally, I try to keep to as little as possible. One or two, at most. But you could use as many as want if you think it will enhance the quality of the story. Take, for example, George R.R. Martin. Each of the ASoIaF books have, at least, four different viewpoints. So, really, it's whatever you think works best for the story.

How is this even relevant in me being an author, which is what this section of questions is for. I look for what should be in a character for a roleplay based on what would like to see as a reader, as well as a roleplayer. I would like to see detail, as well as realism even in the supernatural aspects of things. My suspension of disbelief can only go so far, and if I read something that doesn't flow enough for me to lose my sense of reality, it ain't right.

I didn't even know I was eligible for that
Rem Williams
Yes? I'm not sure if there's another "sucre'd fiend" out there.

Gods of pizza. They preside over late night munchies.
Rem Williams
It's definitely Paranormal. No doubt about it.
Rem Williams
Just keep writing; never stop. Don't let your dreams just be dreams.

The sequel to Dead Fools, and something for NaNoWriMo. I've got several ideas for the latter but I don't know which one to choose. Oh, the struggles of writing.
Rem Williams
Okay, so I sold my soul to finish writing that in a month, and it somehow lead to me being awesome? I dunno; it was a weird thirty days.
