I would like to go to Krypton, where Superman is from. The technology is far more advanced than here on Earth. I would be able to travel through space.

It's the ability to express my ideas and let my imagination go.

With the books I'm writing, the stories are already laid out for me. They're taken from my screenplays. With screenwriting, watching movies and TV shows helps, but also listening to people around me and the curious ways they have of expressing ideas, the jokes they tell, etc.

Pay attention to what's around you. Listen to every little joke, idea or gripe the people around you say. Use your imagination at every place you visit and picture a what if in your mind. Then jot down notes and see if you can form a story. I've found that combining several ideas into one story works. An example: If you were in the same situation as the characters in The Walking Dead, wouldn't Disney World be an awesome place to seek sanctuary and why would it work?

This isn't hard for me. I was always into the art of story telling. In the past, I would go through daily life picturing movie scenes in setting and things going on around me. I once had the opportunity to meet Oliver Stone and told him that I had ideas for movies. He agreed to take a look at what I had and agreed that they would make good movies. There was an ongoing communication with his assistants in his office and one suggested that I write the screenplays to express what I'm seeing.

I am working on a story entitled Bus #89 about a group of bus passengers riding the same bus to and from work that are terrorized by a psychotic young man among them who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia.

All of the published books and ones to follow are taken from screenplays I've authored and tried to market to film producers. Valley Of The Roc came from a search for mythological creature to base a story on and realizing that no one has done anything with the concept of a giant predatory bird. Imagine the terror that a rabbit or other small mammal experiences when being hunted by an eagle or hawk, and put humans in that same situation.
