How do you get inspired to write?

Douglas Strait This isn't hard for me. I was always into the art of story telling. In the past, I would go through daily life picturing movie scenes in setting and things going on around me. I once had the opportunity to meet Oliver Stone and told him that I had ideas for movies. He agreed to take a look at what I had and agreed that they would make good movies. There was an ongoing communication with his assistants in his office and one suggested that I write the screenplays to express what I'm seeing.
