The top three inspirations for me are dreams, songs, and random moments in every day life. A few of my stories have been loosely based on, or inspired by dreams I had. Sometimes I am listening to a song and I get an idea for a scene. Finally, when I am going about my day-to-day routine, sometimes I day dream of ways that my day would be more exciting--and sometimes those ideas that spring from those daydreams make it to the page.

Watching the worlds and characters you create come to life on the page; it takes on a life of itself. When a reader becomes invested in those characters it only adds to the exhilaration.

Currently I'm running through the latest round of edits for book two in the Accidentally Heroic series. I've also be procrastinating and focusing on my day job.
