Wanted to do a quirky vampire thing for a long time. Had an idea which I started fleshing out but other things got in the way so I left it. A few years pass and I pick it up again. Started out as a animated film script for children that I wanted to enter into a competition. Got really pissed off when I was asked during the submission process to state my race. So I told them to stick it. Soon, I started converting it into a book. Took my original idea and made it adult. That is what Vampire Jay is today.

Marketing, mostly. Want to start writing again though. Might start on my Cyberpunk novel or another Supernatural one.

Never stop. Don't give up. Screw traditional publishers if they don't see any worth in you. Just because your book isn't a copy of a best selling teen series doesn't mean that it sucks. Find your audience. Set them on fire. Use the internet. It's there to be used.
