The mystery of my "Acquired Savant Syndrome," which gifted me with the amazing ability to write creatively, would make for a great book. This newly acquired talent miraculously developed from a closed head injury sustained in a motor vehicle accident when a speeding drunk driver rammed into the back of my car, sending me to the hospital emergency room!

My favorite couple is Joshua Allen and Tara Tisdale, two teenage protagonists from the book, TRISOMY XXI. Nothing can break the bonds of love shared by Joshua, a boy with Down Syndrome who gains supernatural powers, and his devoted girlfriend, Tara. The young lovers courageously fight side-by-side for their very survival against an extraterrestrial assassin hellbent on killing them. Faced with death, this modern-day Romeo and Juliet prove that the romantic link between them is truly unbreakable.

After my brain had healed from the damage inflicted upon it by the motor vehicle accident, something very strange occurred. I can't explain it, but the fascinating story of TRISOMY XXI magically appeared to me, flowing freely from my consciousness--word by word, sentence by sentence, chapter by chapter. I eagerly placed it all down on paper, resulting in a thrilling novel that not only entertains, but will also intrigue and captivate its reader!

Weirdly enough, it was only after I was rear-ended by a drunk driver and suffered a closed-head injury that I developed a passion for writing (a true story, even though it sounds like a fictitious plot for a Stephen King horror novel). One might surmise that the damaged neurons in my frontal cortex had reconfigured themselves into a different arrangement, thus giving rise to my newfound creativity. Who knows? Stranger things have happened!

I have completed my second novel, a dark, supernatural tale of horror that takes Good versus Evil to a whole new level, and am now busy working on a third story that deals with the macabre!
