The Antics of Evangeline series was initially inspired by the writing of Gail Carriger (such fun!). Then I heard a fact - Melbourne (where I live) was the second largest city in the British Empire in 1882. This sparked the idea of setting a steampunk story in Melbourne.
Then I drew on my own love of the weird, the wonderful and the supernatural with a touch of silliness. And Evangeline was born.

I'm finalising the next episodes in The Antics of Evangeline series. Next up (coming in Aug/Sept 2016) is Evangeline and the Bunyip. A bunyip is a mythical Australian monster.
