I often hear from small business owners that while there are tons of books on marketing, customer engagement and small business, most are filled with big business examples. And for many, it’s hard to connect the dots between what big brands are doing and what they can – or should – do in their small businesses. While exciting, the big business case studies feel out of reach when working on a shoestring budget and three minutes a day dedicated to marketing. I wrote Customer, LLC to give small business owners a marketing book they could relate to. Every idea in the book is for small business and every example is a small business, too.
